Stradivarius offers Free Worldwide Shipping on every order. This policy explains how orders are processed, when delivery is estimated to arrive, how tracking works, and what to do if you need help with a shipment.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Stradivarius provides Free Worldwide Shipping as our standard shipping service. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout for eligible destinations worldwide.

Shipping is available worldwide unless a destination is temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, service interruptions, or local delivery limitations.

Processing & delivery

Order processing time is 1–3 days. Processing includes order review, preparation, packing, and handoff for shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after the order has shipped. Delivery timing may vary by destination, local delivery conditions, customs handling, weather, peak seasons, or other events outside normal transit flow.

Shipping rates

Stradivarius shipping is free worldwide. Customers are not charged a separate shipping fee for Free Worldwide Shipping at checkout.

Free Worldwide Shipping includes shipping costs as well as any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges. If such fees occur, they will be covered by Stradivarius.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days after shipment to appear or refresh in the carrier system.

If your tracking link does not update right away, please allow the tracking update window to pass. Some shipments may show limited movement at first while the package is being scanned into the delivery network.

Wrong address

If customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges occur for your order, they will be covered by Stradivarius. Customers are not responsible for paying these charges separately under our Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact Stradivarius support so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

Delayed packages

If your shipment is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, check your tracking details first, then contact us if the tracking status is unclear or has not updated.

Lost packages

Damaged packages
